Our Story

A community built on shared trailheads

We're a non-profit, volunteer-run outdoor club based in Idaho Falls. Our members organize and lead every trip — from family-friendly day hikes to multi-day backcountry adventures.

01

Our mission

To bring together people who enjoy Idaho’s wild places — through shared trips, mentorship, and stewardship of the land we love.

02

How we operate

We’re 100% volunteer-led. Membership dues fund operations, insurance, and conservation projects. Every trip leader is a fellow member sharing their knowledge and time.

03

Who we are

Members of all ages and skill levels — first-time hikers, seasoned alpinists, weekend paddlers, ski tourers, and conservation volunteers. Everyone is welcome.

04

Where we go

The Sawtooths, the Tetons, the Lost River Range, the Salmon and Payette rivers, Craters of the Moon, and every quiet trail in between.
